I can’t say enough good things about the technicians James and David who came out to restore our water.

They went above and beyond to get the job done, but what stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. They understood that this wasn’t just another service call — our family had been without running water, and getting our water restored was incredibly important to us.

They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and determined to find a solution. They didn’t just do the bare minimum and leave. They took the time to make sure the job was done properly and that we had our water back and could get our household back to normal.

It was clear that they cared about the people they were helping, not just the job itself. That kind of service means a lot, especially when a family is dealing with a stressful situation.

A huge thank you to Superior Plumbing!  I can’t say enough good things about my experience.  Chuck came out within hours to look at my water heater - on his day off!  He was so patient, answered all my questions, and explained what had happened and why it was a potentially dangerous situation.
Even though they were fully booked, they still managed to fit me in and had a new water heater installed and working the very next morning.
I had never had to call a plumbing company before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From Samantha in the office, to the expert installer Chuck, everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and so kind. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their help.

Very impressed with the service. Last jan 2026, my 10 yo water heater broke on a weekend. This company was able to replace it on the same day.

Yesterday night (sunday night), my water heater stopped working and i booked a service on their website thinking no one would respond until business hours.. But they called me back immediately and got me scheduled for next day morning (monday). Since it was under warranty, they replaced my water heater for free. Had an issue with loss of hot water from tankless heater. After initial assessment discovered there was a clogged filter screen and no service kit on the tankless heater. Since it was late on a Friday this was going to require a Saturday repair which would have been more expensive. I originally was going to wait until Monday then decide to not wait and took a shot at calling after hours.  The owner James not only answered a call after hours on Friday, he came and did the work himself on Saturday and didn’t charge an overtime fee, honoring the initial quote. He actually reduced  the price since he couldn’t install the service kit because the original installer had placed the tankless heater in such a way that it wouldn’t permit the kit without  completely removing and reinstalling the entire heater.

Communication throughout the process was excellent

James went over and above not only on doing the repair but provided an outstanding & professional level of customer service. I highly recommend James and his team at Superior Plumbing Solutions for your plumbing needs.
